As such, our new policies follow the latest guidelines issued by the CDC and local authorities.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>COVID-19 Safety Policy<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Patients will undergo telephone screening questions prior to\u00a0 their appointments<\/li>\n<li>Patients are instructed to wear a mask when entering office or a mask will be provided to them<\/li>\n<li>Patient temperatures will be checked in the office<\/li>\n<li>We are maximizing social distancing in our offices and waiting roms<\/li>\n<li>We are asking for patients to arrive at their appointment alone<\/li>\n<li>Patients who are sick or have had exposures to COVID-19 will be rescheduled or offered televisits<\/li>\n<li>Offices will be cleaned and disinfected frequently throughout the day.<\/li>\n<li>Telehealth appointments remain available for patients who prefer to be seen virtually<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>New safety policies for office &amp; staff:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>In-service for new policies with\u00a0staff has been performed<\/li>\n<li>Appropriate Personal protective equipment (PPE) to be worn during encounters<\/li>\n<li>Staff temperatures are taken and recorded daily<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.manhattanspecialtycare.com\/podiatry\/\">Manhattan Foot Specialists<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Your safety is our number one priority.
