Take 30th Pl, Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge Upper Roadway, use any lane to turn left onto E 63rd St
Turn right onto 3rd Ave, Turn left onto E 83rd St

From Brooklyn, New York via Battery Tunnel/Manhattan:
Get on Belt Pkwy West
Take I-278 E, I-478 N and FDR Dr. to E 61st St in Manhattan.
Take exit 12 from FDR Dr.

Turn left onto E 83rd St
