From Brooklyn, NY via I-278 E: Get on I-278 E from Pacific St and Bedford Ave. Continue on I-278 E and take I-495 W and Queens Midtown Tunnel to E 35th St in Manhattan. Take the exit toward Downtown from I-495 W. Turn right onto E 35th St and turn left at the 2nd cross street onto Lexington Ave. Turn right onto E 25th St and Manhattan Gynecology will be on your right.

From the Bronx, NY via FDR Dr: Take Morris Park Ave and Sheridan Blvd to I-278 W. Continue on I-278 W and take FDR Dr to E25th St in Manhattan. Take exit 7 from FDR Dr and turn right onto E 25th St. Turn right onto 3rd Ave, turn left at the 2nd cross street onto E 27th St. Turn left onto Lexington Ave and turn right onto E 25th St. Manhattan Gynecology will be on your right.
